S.O.604(E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2002 (22 of 2002), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of July, 2002, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
