Subject:-              Confirmation of the date  of auction of the condemned vehicles of this Department-Regarding.

Sir,

                I am directed to refer to your letter No.F&A/L&J/15011/09 dated 4.11.2009  on the above mentioned subject and to say that the date and the time of auction of the condemned vehicles Reg.No.DL2CM-5873, DL2CM-0676 and DL2CH-4887 of this Department have been approved by the competent authority of this Department as  15.11.2009 at 11:00 AM near the Gate No.2 of Shasti Bhawan, New Delhi. It is also informed that an Auction Committee comprising of the following three members has been constituted by the competent authority for supervising the auction of said vehicles:-

1.       Shri M.R.Beerh, DS, Admn.I(LD)

2.       Shri H.C.Azad, DS (Finance)

3.       Shri Bijender Singh, US(Admn.II)
